TrackWise Coordinator
|
The TrackWise Coordinator acts as an independent background process and provides the ability to continuously check the TrackWise database for preset conditions. Finding these conditions, the Coordinator provides fully automated follow-up functionality.
Specific functions of the TrackWise Coordinator include:
Specify notification rules based on specific business requirements and escalation conditions.
Automate & schedule distribution of reports via email (batch reporting).
This allows administrators to configure routine reports to be automatically generated and distributed at specific times, or immediately upon detecting certain conditions with a specific record.
Schedule data exports, at any scheduled interval. This benefits customers that wish to synchronize data from their TrackWise system with other, external databases.
Trigger TrackWise to schedule and perform activities automatically, e.g., auto-scheduling review and approval activities.
Configure rules to automate changing and setting of data fields. For instance, increment the value of a Priority field for all records that have had no activity in one week.
Assign and Re-Assign records automatically based on business rules.
