|
RMTrack is an easy to use
and easy to customize bug tracking, issue tracking, and defect
tracking application allowing organizations to track and manage
software issues and their resolutions. Using RMTrack will
provide a significant improvement to your organization's quality
assurance bug tracking processes.
RMTrack uses projects and a workflow model to determine which
users can create or modify issues, who issues are assigned
to and what information is required at each stage of the issue
resolution. The workflow modeler allows you to define the
workflow best suited to your bug tracking process and then
ensures that the project team follows that process.
RMTrack has been carefully designed to be user friendly and
intuitive. Each screen has context sensitive help that explains
the intent of the screen and how to use it. The user guide
and administration guide are both accurate and easy to understand.
They are also available from every help page, ensuring that
the information you need is always available.
