PuzzleFlow 2 Description
|
AC&C HSH Group releases PuzzleFlow2, a unique native PDF workflow solution. The PuzzleFlow2 is going to be officially launched at Drupa 2004.
Unlike other workflow products on the market PuzzleFlow brings not only the workflow administration and management but also and a wide range of PDF processing modules, all gathered into one common environment.
New version of PuzzleFlow becomes more secure and stable due to totally redefined server architecture. Now individual workflows run as separate processes without interfering between each other.
Open client-server architecture and COM interface for controlling the server make it ideal solution to build a dedicated workflow systems controlled via IIS web server.
New features include:
The dedicated, hierarchical environment to hold processing variables, originating both from workflow and server configuration (local file system and resources) and parameters describing specific job (file name creation time etc)
Unified, hierarchical error processing policy.
Startup configuration for automated re-configuration of server during startup
Sophisticated calculator module providing expression support for variables.
New processing modules and new improvements to existing processing modules.
Dedicated SDK to build own workflow management around PuzzleFlow2 server or additional processing modules (utilizing both third party software and our HSHCOM library – a set of COM interfaces for PDF manipulation.
Support for HTTP and FTP search in the Resource module (used to search missing resources) provides a gate to include custom search engines; search databases, photo archives, and remote servers.
