Abydos Designer is the only product that dynamically interacts with Remedy ARS to:

a) translate process diagrams into workflow rules in Remedy applications,

b) graphically display existing process logic,

Abydos Designer now provides the means to directly translate ITIL processes into a working application and to adapt your processes using a simple graphical environment as your IT services evolve.

Abydos Designer for the Helpdesk

Those customers that already use, or are considering using Remedy's Help Desk application can use Abydos Designer to manage process logic. Simply by adding a tab and a table field to the HelpDesk form, processes configured in Abydos Designer can be used to auto-generate tasks relating to helpdesk tickets.

By defining different processes for different categories of problem or incident, you can be sure that the correct set of tasks will always be assigned in the correct order to the relevant work-queue.
