Diary Notes
Add notes with unlimited number of characters to individual records
Edit notes after records have been saved or approved (optional configuration)
Manager ability to enter or append existing notes for employee records
Run reports with full or abridged notes for each record

Multiple Date Formats
Set the short and long form date formats globally
Choose from 11 date formats - including standard U.S. & European formats
Selected date format applies to display and entry
