The Receptionist
automates these two functions in one easy to use integrated
package that works on your Desktop PC, Workgroup Server or
your Client / Server network.
The Automated Staff Locator System was created to replace
the pin up board used to keep track of the office personnel's
attendance, location and contact information. Users can
update their current location and contact information from
their workstation.
The Electronic Telephone Message Pad was designed to replace
the "While You Were Out "; pink telephone message
slips which seem to get lost when you need them most. This
system provides access to telephone messages taken by the
office receptionist. Access to the telephone messages is
accomplished from the company employees workstation.
