In such a way Team@Work supports not only a single fixed scenario of the work flow scheme, but allows to define many parallel plans and let the authorized team members to switch between plans, and control the projects workflow in real time according to the concrete case and their rights and competence: from simple redirection to the correct work flow branch up to general start/continue/stop decisions for the whole project.
Thus a multilevel decision making and real-time control over the projects are intrinsically integrated in Team@Work. Another key advantage of Team@Work s that all built-in business analysis techniques are prepared automatically in real time. The managers can receive Gantt charts containing both planned and actual execution times for every running project. The Critical Path of running projects is also evaluated automatically in real time and is presented to all managers and team members involved in the project.
