Adeo

Adeo facilitates the standardisation of project planning and resource allocation across an entire organisation. Projects can be planned directly in Adeo or in a third party application such as MS Project. Based on skills, availability and location, resources can be allocated across an entire project portfolio simply and efficiently.

The Adeo Allocation Manager provides a one-stop portal to project plans and resource schedules, providing a true collaborative picture of all project work. Like all Adeo application views the Allocation Manager provides an intelligent approach enabling project plans and resource assignments to be viewed at a high level or drilled down to individual task assignments. Permissions, restrictions and filters ensure each user receives the most accurate view of data specific to their role in the organisation .

PROJECT PLANNING

There are many different ways of implementing the Adeo planning module. You can either use the Adeo planning interface or if you already have developed project plans in Microsoft Project, you could also use the Adeo/MS Project link. Adeos strength is that it supports organization wide planning. You can forecast Effort and/or Costs and Charges at a Project and Staff level. For example the above screen shot allows resources to check which projects and tasks they are expected to carry out via the Web.
