This multi-user version lets you set permissions for each
user to limit access to tasks as well as their ability to
update various information. Billing rates may optionally be
set for each user. Uses either MS Access or MS SQL Server*,
so no matter what your company size, the multi-user can work
for you. For existing users, the multi-user version includes
single-user file import so you can continue working with your
existing tasks.
The multi-user version of Timeless Time & Expense uses
your choice of either Microsoft Access or Microsoft SQL
Server 2000 as its data store. If you are using MS Access,
read our multi-user installation tips for Access. Multi-user
installation using SQL Server requires SQL Server 2000 database
and licenses. Current users may convert their single-user
licenses to multi-user licenses by filling out the License
Conversion Form.

single user version, but with the ability to share task
information between users.
Modify a user including the user's permissions and activating
users. Only active users need a license allowing you to
save a license by deactivating old employees but keep all
the information they entered.
