With ExPro, employees enter and managers approve expense reports from anywhere, at anytime using a Web browser. The system validates expense entries against the predefined business rules established for the employee and workgroup, type of expense, the aggregated amount of certain expense types during a period of time and/or project budget, as well as many other options. Expenses can also be entered using predefined templates and wizards to facilitate quick and easy input.
ExPro detects expenses that are non-compliant with the rules as they are entered, alerts the employee and indicates the business rule that has been violated and the action that needs to be taken to make the expense report compliant. Once the expense report is approved, the information can be automatically integrated into a wide range of payroll and accounting systems.
