ActionWorks Connector is an add-on module to the ActionWorks Business Process Manager.
Connector provides external process collaboration with non-system users. Frequently one of the key issues with poor process performance is the lack of accountability by individuals outside the process. ActionWorks Connector allows you to add all of your contacts to your business processes without needing to go through lengthy approval cycles or adding additional seats.
You can make formal requests for work of people who are not licensed users of your system, including suppliers, partners, customers, or someone in your personal contact list, by simply making a selection from your address book. Unlike email, these requests are tracked in the process history for monitoring and continuous process improvement.
